Mehr Candle's return policy

At Mehr Candle, we take great care in crafting and packaging our candles to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your candles arrive damaged or faulty, we want to help!

Please Note: Since our candles are handmade, they may have slight imperfections or variations in color from what you see in the images. These unique characteristics are a natural part of the crafting process and should not be considered faults.

If you receive a broken or faulty candle, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: You have 48 hours from the time you receive your order to notify us about the issue by email. Our email is: mehr.candle.au@gmail.com

Provide Evidence: Please send us a short video showing the damaged candles. This will help us understand the problem and improve our packaging in the future.

Resolution: Once we receive your video and verify the issue, we will work with you to provide a solution, such as a replacement or store credit.
