At Mehr Candle, we carefully craft and package our candles to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your candles arrive damaged or faulty, we’re here to help!

- Provide Evidence: Send a short video showing the damage to help us understand the issue.
